Taste of America with Czech care

Freedom can be celebrated in different ways: whether it's to the rhythm of festival music in the street or quietly around a table with good food. You can enjoy the American menu alone or together with friends on 3 and 4 May 2025 in Lokal Pod Divadlem in Pilsen.

When preparing the festive menu, the team of the Pilsen Lokal was inspired by the flavours that most guests first think of when they think of overseas. The basis of the menu was beef brisket in a bun served with fries. Guests can also indulge in a more substantial version, with cheddar and jalapeños. The iconic Coca-Cola, which will temporarily replace the Czech Kofola, will be available for drinks, and a strawberry milkshake will provide the sweet spot at the end. The menu combines the best of American cuisine with the typical Lokál approach - with an emphasis on freshness, balanced flavours and fair portions.
