Happy heavenly 100th Birthday to John Del Santo, hero, veteran and humble man, who participated in the liberation of southwestern Bohemia with the 97th Infantry Division.

John Del Santo, one of the most distinguished guests of the Pilsen Freedom Festival, always smiling and modest.

He died on November 20, 2011, and is buried in Saint Joseph’s Cemetery Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York.
